FREIGHT SHIPPING POLICY

**All of our arcades ship by freight, and as such, we require a working phone number in order to schedule delivery. After your order, we will send an email reaching out for directions on how to work with the carrier to schedule delivery. If no response is given after multiple attempts to schedule delivery, we will be required to re-route the inventory back and will issue a refund and cancellation of the order. If the cancellation is done due to lack of responsiveness, we will refund the payment minus a 20% restocking fee to cover the freight return and handling.
